WINE $6
NV Cricova Brut, Moldavia - Golden yellow in the glass, this sparkling wine has aromas of yeast, apple and freshly
baked bread…. flavors of brioche and apple cider on the palate.
2020 Domaine Uby, France - A very pretty and intense nose of white peach and citrus fruits. A frank and lively attack. In
the mouth, the wine is pleasing/gourmand with lemony notes and a lingering finish.
2021 La Roseraie, Sauvignon Blanc, France - Intense nose of boxwood with citrus notes. Elegant and crisp, the palate
shows a nice flesh, smoothness and persistence.
2021 Terra Santa Rose, Corsica - From the East Coast of Corsica, near the town of Aléria. Terra Santa means “Land
Blessed by the Gods”. The wine is made from 100% Sciaccarellu (Sciacarelo), a native grape of Corsica and is known to
produce highly drinkable (warning!) and lightly spiced red and rosé wines. A very pale pink. Aroma of white peach, crunch
strawberry, and fresh raspberry. Don’t let the color fool you, there’s texture and complexity on the palate which rivals that
of Provence.
2020 Avia Pinot Noir, Slovenia - Pleasing ruby red color with a bright flowery nose with hints of strawberry, cherry and
other berry flavors. This wine is distinctly fruity, lightly acidic with a nice harmonious character. Medium bodied with a light
finish in traditional Burgundian style.
2019 Roto, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile – This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Maule region of Chile. The nose
shows plum, cassis, leather, and dusty earth with light dried rose petals. On the palate the wine has smooth, soft tannins
that wrap around the dark fruit core and a light finish.
2018 Goru Verde, Monastrell, Spain - Spicy plum and berry aromas come with a level of roasted wildness that's familiar
to well-made Monastrell from Jumilla. This is tight and well-structured, especially for the variety. Roasted, savory black
plum and blackberry flavors finish smooth and easy.
