Pét-nat is an abbreviation for "pétillant naturel"—a French term that roughly translates to "naturally sparkling."


2020 Folicello - Bianco Pet Nat Ancestrale, Emilia Romagna, Italy $21.99

White wine from Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, Folicello Bianco is a fresh, sweet-smelling, sapid and harmonic white natural wine characterized by a delightful floral scent - a blend of Montuni (50%), Pinot (25%), and Trebbiano (25%) grown organically.

NV Christoph Hoch "Kalkspitz" Pet Nat, Kremstal, Austria $27.99

The Kalkspitz (kalk = chalk, and spitz = acidity) is made of 70% Grüner Veltliner, blended with Zweigelt pressed white, Sauvignon Blanc fermented on the skins, Blauer Portugieser and Muskat Ottonel. It's dry with a maximum alcohol of 11% and a maximum pressure of 3atm’s. It’s savory with a refreshing acidity and creaminess on the palate.

2021 Alfredo Maestro "Perdigon" Pet Nat Rose, Castilla y León, Spain $32.99

Alfredo Maestro, is a Rock Star "Natural" winemaker practicing organic in Ribéro del Dúero. Perdigon is a pet-nat made with 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Garnacha Tintorera (a Spanish variation of Grenache) and finishes fermentation in bottle, resting 9 months on the lees. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added.

Pretty, elegant, sure expression of the grapes, delicious tingling from the natural Fizz, yellow plum, strawberry, peach chew, dry finish.

NV Garage Wine Co. "Terroir Sonoro El Imposter" Sparkling Cinsault, Chile (500ml) $13.99

"El Impostor" was first produced in 2014 when Juan decided to experiment with a particularly vigorous parcel of Cinsault. The grapes come from a two-hectare organic parcel of 20-year-old Cinsault vines planted on granitic soils with quartz and schist. Unfined, unfiltered and absolutely delicious, El Impostor is dry, sparkling Cinsault that positively glows with bright pink color. It’s tart and tangy with a sour cherry note that is similar in appearance to a Lambrusco Rosato.

Blend: 95% Mauzac, 5% Petite Syrah

This sparkling pet nat rosé emanates lovely green apple aromas provided from the Mauzac and notes of white pepper thanks to the Petite Sirah, while hints of wild berries accentuate the delicate bubbles and bring lots of freshness to the palate.

NV Nox Burbujas El Cepillo Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina $27.99

The first vintage of these Malbec bubbles from Pampa El Cepillo, one of the coldest areas of the Uco Valley. Nox has the marks of a light, fruity, fresh and aperitif wine. 2021 Wine Dudes Skin Contact Pet Nat, Stajerska, Slovenia $20.99

Two wine dudes sipping wine with the ocean between them came up with the idea to make an awesome easy drinking skin contact pet-nat.

Delicate orange zest and cinnamon flavors combined with tropical fruits slowly move into the nutty, yeasty flavors to a round and deep finish. Rich and creamy texture as a result of skin contact and malolactic fermentation with wild bubbles on top of that make a perfect combination to pair with wild trout tartare, foie gras with fig jam, and of course, hard cheeses
