2021 Big Table Farm "The Wild Bee" Chardonnay, Willamette Valley, Oregon $42.99
Reminiscent of a misty morning stroll on the coast, this intriguing Chardonnay deftly balances sprightly vibrance with soothing comfort. Aromas of freshly sliced yellow apple, orange blossom and crushed seashells casually entice the senses. Warming impressions of lemon panna cotta and honeycomb develop on the palate before gently drifting away, leaving an essence of freshly baked brioche and apricot jam.
JS92 James Suckling
This has aromas of green apples, white grapefruit, flint and smoked almonds. Nicely reductive, crisp and flinty, with a medium body, vibrant acidity, and subtle toasty notes lingering at the end.

2022 Redolent "Waving Tree" Rose, Columbia Valley, Oregon $22.99
A single vineyard Rosé of Nebbiolo from Waving Tree Vineyard in the Columbia River Gorge, located just below the Stonehill Memorial in the community of Maryhill, WA.

This 2022 rose has vibrant energy and a lovely texture, with aromas and flavors of orange sherbet, lychee, hay and hints of peaches, sage, and pear. A delicate balance of acidity and a subtle creaminess evokes memories of an orange creamsicle. As always, we like it with anything off the BBQ, but it's definitely delicious on its own. Chill it down, chill out, and chug down.

2017 Brave Cellars "A Road Not Taken" Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon $23.99
Dark cherries, earth, cured meat, mild minerals, with nice acidity. The color is medium garnet. Light body. Light and bouncy, slick, mouth feel which is great! What a Pinot noir! The cherry and meatiness lingers. The balance is perfect. The richness is spotlighted in this taste profile. The vineyard is well known here.

2019 Moonflower Pinot Noir, Tualatin Hills, Oregon $34.99
Gorgeous cherry color with aromas of just-ripe raspberry opening up to hints of fennel. Earthy notes on the palate with very subtle mushroom and forest floor aromas. Delicate, light and bright with a savory, umami finish. A wonderful Pinot that will pair well with all your heartier dishes, cheeses, or by itself if slightly chilled.
Alfredo Apolloni and Kevin Green work together to create sustainably farmed and produced estate Pinot Noir, cool climate whites and Italian varietals. These are a reflection of the Northern Willamette Valley location and years of small production winemaking experience.

“100% organically farmed and estate grown pinot noir from Apolloni Vineyards.  The vineyards and winery are certified sustainable by LIVE, a regional certification body for both vineyards and wineries.

2021 Big Table Farm Pinot Noir Willamette Valley, Oregon $58.99
Lucious and finessed. Upon approach, florals of rose petals and red currant drive energetic notions with juicy black plum and huckleberry jam lurking behind gracefully. Medjool dates and raspberry lava cake reveal themselves as the first sip warms the palate.  Dried earl gray tea leaves with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg make for a lengthy finish that gently lingers without implication.

Vinified in the house style – 100% whole cluster, native yeast, foot stomping, basket press, malo complete, only as much sulphur as necessary, this Pinot sees some oak but not too much and is bottled after 10 months in barrel without any fining or filtration.  We drink this wine regularly and we hope you will too!

2021 Hundred Suns “Old Eight Cut” Pinot Noir, Oregon $40.99
Fresh Rainier cherries and vibrant strawberry form a juicy mid-palette wrapped with layers of tea leaf, citrus rind, and complex spice. Beautifully balanced acid and structure make this wine punch way above its pay grade.

2021 Vintage & Vintification:
This cellar selection stitches together pieces from unique sites across the Willamette Valley. Lots are fermented with native yeast & a variety of traditional & experimental techniques to create a layered wine of great complexity, but that is, first and foremost, totally delicious.
