NV Joseph Cattin Cremant d'Alsace Rose, Alsace, France $19.99
Rounded, balanced and harmonious flavors get top marks on this softly pink sparkler. Strawberries and cream, with shortbread and lemon, all unite in perfect unison. The dryness of the palate gives the flavors center stage and provides a fitting, structured autolytic background. This sparkler is classy and delicious, with an ultra clean and lasting finish.
2021 Les Rocailles Apremont Vin de Savoie, France $17.99
es Rocailles Apremont is from a true earthly paradise nestled in the French Alps. Les Rocailles is owned and managed by boyhood friends and native Savoyards Guillaume Durand and Alban Thouroude, who purchased the estate and négociant business from Pierre Boniface upon his retirement in 2006. The wines have never been better at Les Rocailles!
Tasting Notes: Delicate and feather-light, it offers green apple and floral aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is dry and extremely refreshing, with crystal clear purity. Serve With: Enjoy on its own, or pair with cheeses (especially fondue) or simple fish, chicken, or pasta dishes.
100% Jacquère. Vines average between 20‐25 years of age. Yields of 4.75 tons/acre.

2022 Domaine Durand Sancerre, Loire Valley, France $33.99
Domaine Durand is a family estate in the Loire Valley where three generations of winegrowers work together, allying experience, tradition and modernity. Their philosophy is to offer high-quality, authentic wines that are respectful and representative of their appellation. Planted on calcareous sediment, rich in shells and little oysters, the Kimmeridgian limestone terroir gives this old vine Sauvignon Blanc its true identity.
Tasting Notes: Vibrant, pale gold color. Subtle aromas of citrus and white flowers along with delicate mineral notes. The palate is fruity and full-bodied. Remarkably balanced with finesse. Serve With: Excellent with cheese, especially nutty-flavored aged cheese. Pairs well with poultry, seafood, such as grilled trout, salmon, and shrimp, or with mixed salad with olive oil and chevre.
2022 Damien Martin Bourgogne Blanc, Burgundy, France $21.99
Tasting Notes: Well defined citrus and stone fruit aromas, with hints of acacia, honeysuckle, verbena, and fennel. Combines vivacity, roundness, fruitiness, and aromatic richness.
Serve With: Excellent as an aperitif for its beautiful crispness, it pairs with poultry, veal, and lighter meats, risottos with meat or fish, cold antipasti, mixed salads.

2022 Commanderie de la Bargemone Rose, Provence, France $18.99
Bargemone is among the foremost estates of the Coteaux d’Aix appellation of Provence. A benchmark producer of the delicious, dry rosé for which Provence is famous. Bargemone Rosé is a harmonious blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah with aromas of flowers and red berries and a refreshingly crisp finish.
The Commanderie was founded by Templar knights in the 13th century. Today the winery is home to a proud viticulture tradition and more than 160 acres of organically grown vineyards. The 2022 Made with organic grapes.
Tasting Notes: Offers classic aromas of wild strawberries and red currants, with a light, floral character, and a crisp, bone-dry palate. 2021 Damien Martin Bourgogne Rouge, Burgundy, France $22.99
This lovely Bourgogne Rouge is medium ruby red in color with vibrant cherry and wild berries on the nose along with an amazing floral quality. Medium to full bodied with with consistent dark berries on the palate. This wine is rich and fleshy with a great core of fruit and a fantastic finish. This wine is produced from 25 year old vines in limestone and clay soil.

Laurence Féraud is an iconic winemaker in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Laurence who owns and manages the family label, Domaine du Pegau, along with her daughter, Justine. Her expertise and strong network of contacts in the Southern Rhône Valley gives her access to top‐quality fruit and wines. Tasting Notes: A classic Côtes du Rhône offering densely layered black and red fruit aromas with a characteristic spiciness on the nose. Medium bodied on the palate, with ripe tannins, plenty of black cherry fruit, and a long, lingering finish.
Serve With: The ideal pairing to most meals, especially for a wide range of grilled meats and vegetables. It is particularly well-suited to dishes highlighted with Mediterranean herbs and spices.
