2021 Twill Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon $32.99
The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is raised for 22 months in barrel without racking or inoculations. We feel bottling this lot any earlier than the single vineyard wines would not allow for some of the more elegant and detailed aspects to have a chance to develop and concentrate, and so all of the Pinot Noir is bottled at the same time nearly two years following the harvest.

Aromatically, intense notes of roses, burnt orange, cranberry, smoked cherry, hibiscus, cinnamon and strawberry can be found. On the palate lots of blood orange, concentrated strawberry, rooibos tea leaf, and cranberry are tucked into a savory and taut frame. The finish is long, bright, chewy and rich.

2019 Cho Pinot Noir, WIllamette Valley, Oregon $41.99
Aromas of sour cherries, red currants, smoke, mushrooms and sweet spices. It’s medium-bodied with sleek tannins and fresh acidity. Bright and juicy with a flavorful, savory finish.
50% Pinot Noir from Laurel Vineyard, elevation 1000 ft; 50% Pinot Noir from Greiten Farms, valley floor
Winemaking: Aged 15 months in 20% new French oak, 80% neutral barrels

2022 Walter Scott La Combe Vert  Pinot Noir, WIllamette Valley, Oregon $43.99
The 2022 La Combe Verte is composed from the volcanic Eola-Amity Hills vineyards of Distraction, Sojeau, Temperance
Hill Vineyard, & Witness Tree, blended with the old vine fruit from the powerful, marine sedimentary soil of Freedom Hill Vineyard. This Pinot Noir is fermented with ambient yeast and aged in barrels for 10 months.

The resulting wine is a lush and beautiful example of the 2022 vintage, immediately appealing for early drinking, but layered with power and structure giving this wine the ability to age. The inviting nose suggests ripe red & black fruits, summer flowers and warm, earthy spices. The dense fruit, succulent tannins and juicy acidity all come together to produce what we feel is a lovely & balanced example of what the Willamette Valley gave us in 2022.

2022 Van Duzer Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, Oregon $22.99
The 2022 Pinot Gris opens with a mix of floral notes and fruit. Upon first sip you are greeted by lemon zest and orange blossom that give way to notes of melon, apple, Asian pear, and a playful hint of nectarine leading to a bright and lingering finish.

Critical Acclaim
JS90James Suckling
This is fresh and fruity, with sliced apples, lemon pith and grapefruit peel. Some dusty earthiness to it, too. Medium-bodied with crisp, juicy character. Vivid acidity and a flavorful finish.

2021 Twill Chardonnay, Willamette Valley, Oregon $28.99
Delicate yellow and brilliant in appearance with glints of green, aromatically this is brimming with notes of tinned peach, lime, sea salt, jasmine, and toasted graham. With air, further notes of strawberry, cream, and slate are found. On the palate, layers of texture are filled in around a natural core of acidity. Flavors of peach, lemon curd, and papaya are laytered throughout. The finish is both persistent and still, as echoes of peach and minerals persist.

2022 Walter Scott La Combe Vert Chardonnay, Willamette Valley, Oregon $43.99
We believe in Willamette Valley Chardonnay. This classic variety has an important place in our region and at Walter Scott, not in the replication of other inspirational regions, but in its own distinctive style, with its own compelling voice. Chardonnay is a grape which has the ability to translate our unique geology in the same way Pinot noir does. Through thoughtful farming and cellar practices, we strive to allow Chardonnay to reach its powerful Willamette Valley potential.

Our approach to Chardonnay pays attention to texture and structure, translating site and vintage. The La Combe Verte is fermented with 100% ambient yeast and full malolactic conversion in French oak barrels with very little bâtonnage. The wine is lightly filtered prior to bottling to brighten aromatics and give us a polished finish. The result is an illuminating style of Chardonnay, showcasing density and precision. The palate spotlights evolving layers of textures which follow the classic aromatic notes of lemon zest, honeycrisp apple and white flowers, with the finish offering a subtle mineral and saline character.
