2021 Paitin Arneis `vigna Elisa` Langhe, Piedmont, Italy $19.99
"La vigna d’Elisa" was the appellation used by the Paitin family to name the grapes conducted by Elisa Elia, coming from the only vineyard in Roero they possess in Varinere of Priocca. Vinified by Secondo, his son, only after she passed away in 1973. The vineyard were so called di "Elisa" and as such the wine produced from these grapes still carry the name of this great women that managed the winery during the dark ages of the Second World War.

2021 Cavallotto Dolcetto D`Alba `vigna Scot`, Piedmont, Italy $21.99
This Vigna Scot has amazing, lovely dark fruit, earthy undertones, clean minerality and beautiful balance, making it ideal with prosciutto, salami, meats, simple pastas, vitello tonnato, chicken and lots more. We love its fruit and suggestion of spice with chicken cooked with tomatoes and prunes. If you're in the mood for pasta, look no further. How about agnolotti with sweet peas and goat cheese?
"Organoleptic Characteristics: Medium-structured yet soft with typical aromas such as cherries and other fruits with a complex, floor bouquet. Although it is a wine made to be drunk relatively young, it still has aging potential for up to 5 years." Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, followed by a further 6 months in cement.

Organic wine. In order to maintain and enhance the characteristics, aromas and freshness typical of this eclectic vine, La Fondamentale observes an aging of 14 months in stainless steel tanks and 3 months in bottle.

The Resolution comes from organic Nebbiolo grapes vinified in purity.
To harmonize the typical characteristics and the evolution of these noble grapes without affecting their character, it is aged for 12 months in old exhausted oak barrels called Tonneau and at least 3 months in the bottle.

Optimal structure but with already-soft tannins, and with an open, intense perfume that gives this Barolo characteristics of both power and great elegance. Complex and fragrant, can be enjoyed young but has great aging potential.
