"Stork Wine Company was started to put great wine, from good people into the hands of as many people as possible!"

NV Domaine La Piffaudiere Gazouille Pet Nat, Loire Valley, France $22.99
This wine is racy and gorgeous and incredibly easy to love. Full of citrus blossom and almond aromas with notes of cream and brioche. Absolutely extraordinary.

NV Domaine Landron Chartier Naturlich Rose Pet Nat, Loire Valley, France $22.99
Lots of aromas of peach, stone fruit, and floral, while this is super refreshing on the palate with lots of bubbles. Such a great pet nat.

2022 Lucien Reymond Sancerre, Loire Valley, France $25.99
Citrus and stone fruit aromas. Flavors of grapefruit, peach, melon and honeysuckle. Herb tinged, stony minerality. Layered and complex, with lush texture, crisp, bright acidity and incredible freshness. Long, silky finish. Try paired with roasted beet, Goat cheese and arugula salad.
The fruit is sourced from a Biodyvin-certified grower with holdings across the region that take full advantage of the three signature soil compositions in Sancerre, including the chalky Kimmeridgian limestone, stony limestone marl (caillotes), and flint-flecked clay (silex). Aged sur-lie in tanks for 12 months before bottling.

2016 Domaine Landron Chartier Val de Loire Aubin (Orange), Loire Valley, France $55.99
A FEW ROWS OF PINOT GRIS FROM CLOS SAINT AUBIN. TWO WEEKS OF SKIN CONTACT. A STUNNING ORANGE WINE. ASSOCIATION OF YELLOW PEACHES AND CITRUS FRUITS, CARRIED BY A PLEASANT TANNIC STRUCTURE AND COMPLEX BITTERS. WHAT A JEWEL!

2020 Manoir Tete Rouge Grolleau "A Tue Tete", Loire Valley, France $22.99
100% Grolleau Gris Macerated on the skins for a few days, then pressed and fermented in concrete vats.
Our philosophy is resolutely opposed to production – driven and standardized oenology. Our wines are above all the expression and the reflection of our terroirs which lie in a small village not far from Saumur in the Loire Valley. Mainly chalk tufa and Jurassic limestone, a plateau that is thin-stony.

2020 Manoir Tete Rouge Saumur "K Sa Tete" Pineau D'Aunis, Loire Valley, France $22.99
Bio-certified since 1998 and certified biodynamically since 2010, he now has 18 hectares, including a parcel of Pineau d’Aunis, a grape that was forgotten and vilified in the Saumur region, but which is being appreciated more and more over the last couple of years.  The Pinea d'Aunis is all from the lieu-dit of l'Enchantoir from vines 12 years of age. It is fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks and spends 6 months in used oak barrels before bottling. The distinct peppery and floral notes along with its light to medium palate weight make Pineau d'Aunis one of the great heirloom varieties to emerge from the Loire.

2021 Jouves & Croisille "J & C" Cahors, France $16.99
Jouves & Croisille is the brain child of long time friends Fabien Jouves, Germain Croissille and his brother Simon.   Fabien and the Croisille brothers both share the same philosophies when it comes to farming, vinification and the future of the cahors appellation.  The Croisille and Jouves family both farm about 30 hectares using organic and biodynamic practices.  Wanting to make something together for quite some time now - outside of their family estates - they’ve chosen to collaborate and create a new project using friends grapes who farm the same way.
The vinification process is non-interventionist and occurs naturally with spontaneous yeast. Various vessels are used to age the wines: concrete tanks, barrels or large foudres depending on the wine’s personality.  When it comes to the style of winemaking - Even though Cahors is physically closer to the Bordeaux appellation - they choose to look towards burgundy or northern rhone for inspiration.
