2020 JC. Calvet Brut Cremant de Bordeaux, France
Beautiful golden yellow body. Crisp and slightly yeasty nose with aromas of yellow fruits and brioche. Very fine and persistent pinpoint bubbles that tease the mouth and finishes up with a crispy dry finish.

Enjoy Calvet Brut as a replacement for Champagne as an aperitif, cocktail blend, brunch libation, or at any cause for celebration.

2021 Roche Guilhem Juracon Sec Blanc, France
Pale lemon in color with tempting notes of orchard fruits and honeysuckle. The texture is smooth and silky with peach and mango on the palate and a beautifully sharp finish. This will pair perfectly with a poolside magazine, chicken kabobs on the grill, and a side salad just as well as a fireplace, a good book, and tater tot hotdish.

0% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sémillon, 10% Muscadelle 
LIGHT-MED-BODIED, WHITE PEACH, PEAR, GREEN APPLE, CITRUS, PINEAPPLE, MINERAL, GRASS, NO OAK
Dry, refreshing and elegant with bright fruit, citrus, beeswax, and mineral notes. Partial MLF to soften acidity and add body; aged in stainless and bottled early to maintain & maximize fruit flavors. 

2019 Chateau Haut-Colombier Blay Cotes De Bourdeaux, Bordeaux, FranceA rich and attractively layered red from this appellation with currant, chocolate and coffee aromas and flavors. Medium body. Slightly chewy finish. From organically grown grapes. Give it until the end of 2022 to soften.
This wine is an assembly of wonderful diverse terroirs of the Château mixing grape varieties of Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon for a fruity wine mixing the roasting aromas.

Blend: 85% Merlot,10% Malbe, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon

  
2019 Chateau Bellevue Peycharneau Bordeaux Superiore, Bordeaux, France
Chateau Bellevue Peycharneau Bordeaux Superieur is a deep garnet robe with mauve refraction. A beautiful nose, very concentrated and complex with woody, vanilla flavors, delicate toasty notes, and red cherry aromas. On the palate, it’s full-bodied, fleshy, structured, and velvety. Good tannic balance. A beautiful, savory finish, with long aromatic persistence.

Blend: 5% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec

2020 Laroque Cabernet Franc, Cite De Carcassonne, France
A crimson robe, the nose of subtle raspberry , rhubarb, spicy and tobacco aromas. In the mouth the elegant and silky tannins bring a very feminine touch to this wine. Laroque Cabernet Franc is a special wine that defies competition. It is unique in its combination of concentration of fruit, attractive aromatics and body.

Serve it with tagines, oriental dishes, pastas, poultry, barbecue, red meat and cheese plates.
