Almare Spritz Classico, Veneto, Italy $19.99
For over 70 years and three generations the Maschio family has been producing Prosecco from their estate vineyards in the hills surrounding the commune of Conegliano in the Veneto. Building upon a love for time spent at the seaside with friends and family and their love of the Italian Spritz tradition, the family created Almare Spritz in 2020. An authentic interpretation of the classic Spritz in a ready to drink format, Almare is made using naturally fermented wine and flavors and botanicals sourced only from Italy.
"Classico" shows the classic Italian Spritz flavors of bitter orange, rhubarb and subtle herbal notes.
NV Cleto Chiarli Lambrusco Grassparossa Centenario, Emilia-Romagna, Italy $16.99
91 POINTS, James Suckling formally of Wine Spectator. "Lots of rose petals and dark fruit with orange peel. Fruity and flavorful. Fine bubbles. Fresh finish. Delicious. Drink now."
Just off-dry. This is fun and tasty and easy-drinking. Aromas of raspberry and orange peel are ample and intense, and the flavor is full with a fruity aroma and a candied, tangy finish. Made of 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. In Italy, they have many ways to serve Lambrusco. In the afternoon with light flatbreads, cheeses, salami; for dinner with fish, meat or pasta; or after-dinner with chocolate. Lambrusco has become a chic drink in Manhattan cafes and bistros - join the party! Serve chilled. This is a great sparkler to pair with pizza.
2021 Cleto Chiarli Lambrusco Sorbara Vecchia Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy $17.99
Deep rosé color, with clear fragrances of strawberry and brushwood. Its taste is fresh, pervasive, mineral, and at the same time velvety and surprisingly pleasant. Dynamic. Pair with pasta, tortellini, boiled meat and typical cuisine from Modena.
The Vecchia Modena Premium Lambrusco di Sorbara represents the history both of the Chiarli wine Company and of Lambrusco wine itself. The bottle and label are reproductions of an 1892 bottle - the oldest existing bottle containing Lambrusco that is still treasured in the Chiarli archives today. Chiarli Vecchia Modena won the first international recognition by a Lambrusco wine at the World Expo in
Paris in 1900. Reintroduced in 2002 at a brand-new Cleto Chiarli winery, the wine is made through a single fermentation under pressure, rather than the normal two-fermentation process of almost all other sparkling wines. This is in the brut range, with minimal detectable sweetness.

2020 Perrone Barbera D`Asti `tasmorcan`, Piedmont, Italy $18.99
