This Champagne comes from the purest juice, and it alone allows Laurent?Perrier to craft “La Cuvée”, a Champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long ageing process in the cellars. Laurent?Perrier’s style and personality are defined by its very high proportion of Chardonnay. A pale gold color with fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse, with a delicate nose, hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes such as those of vine peach and white fruit. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavors very present on the finish.

NV Laurent-Perrier Champagne Blanc De Blancs, Champagne, France $124.99
The wine has a white gold color with a fine sparkle. The nose displays minerality and hints of citrus. On the palate the wine is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon.
The Blanc de Blancs is a true wine for gastronomy pairing well with the finest fish: sea bass with salt crust, scallops, grilled marinated squid with lemon, thyme, olive oil as well white meats such as veal tartare with ginger and lemon.

Cuvee Rose de Laurent-Perrier is made from 100% Pinot Noir from the best Montagne de Reims crus.
This rose champagne is the result of a very technical production method: maceration. Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and then placed in a maceration vat. In this vat, the juice macerates with the grape skins for 48 to 72 hours in order to bring out the aromatic expression of the best Pinot Noir crus. The juice is then run off (separated from the skins), fermented and vinified in a separate vat.
Cuvee Rose is aged for 5 years in cellars.
