NV Aubron Pet Nat Of Melon De Bourgogne, Loire Valley, France $24.99
Super fresh, tart and zingy pet nat from the western edges of the Loire Valley.  Made of Melon de Bourgogne, the same grape that goes into Muscadet, this is perfect warm weather companion and a supreme value.

2022 Charles Pere et Fille Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc, Burgundy, France $29.99
Winemaker Notes:  A nose of wildflowers with a zesty touch. Full bodied wine on the palate with a well-balanced acidity and minerality.

Charles Père et Fille is a family-owned and operated estate based in Nantoux, the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation. It is multigenerational estate that gained momentum in the 1960s with the purchase of new vineyards and the start of bottle sales in France.

2023 Charles Pere et Fils Hautes Cotes de Beaune Rouge, Burgundy, France $29.99
Dark purple accents are reminiscent of peony flowers and the depth of certain roses. Its fruity nose evokes cherry and raspberry, evolving towards licorice to undergrowth, often with some spicy accents. Soft tannins with finesse and a long-lasting finish.
Fully destemmed, then vatted for about 15 days and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Grapes are picked by hand and transported in small crates in order to prevent berries from being crushed. With the same concern for quality, bunches and grapes are sorted again as soon as they reach the cellar.

2022 Bulliat Morgon Nature, Beaujolais, France $26.99
"With no added sulfur, this wine is free to express blackberry fruits and plenty of ripe tannins. The wine's structure parallels the fruit. Drink this solid wine from 2024."

Winemaker Notes:
"Aromas and flavors of stone fruit, pomegranate and blueberry. The wine has silky texture and a long finish to the mouth."

2021 Chateau du Petit Thouras  'Les Georges' Chinon Rouge, Loire Valley, France $24.99
Chateau du Petit Thouars is a family run estate nestled in corridors of natural limestone caves in the Chinon appellation of the Loire Valley.  The property was deeded to the family by Cardinal Richelieu in 1636 and vineyards that surround the farm house were planted in 1975.  Today the 150 hectare estate is run by Sebastien du Petit Thouars (12th generation to dwell here since his ancestor George purchased the property in 1636) and his wife d’Arcy.

2021 Domaine Nudant "Les Buis" Ladoix. Burgundy, France $47.99
Winemakers in Burgundy since 1453, the current generation of the Nudant family manages some 16 hectares of small parcels dotted throughout the Cote d'Or. Vineyard work is all carried out by hand, in the spirit of minimal intervention. The 1er Cru vineyard called Les Buis recalls a sacred tree of the Druids which grew on the site.

TASTING NOTES
This impeccable Burgundy shows opulent and exuberant red and dark fruits, with a balanced zingy acidity still in play. Ladoix, being a more elegant village, offers the best of both worlds by providing the quintessential savoury notes of mushrooms and forest floor. But this time, the ripeness of the vintage makes this wine extra attractive to sip, even by itself. One to drink now or to age for another decade.
