Looking forward to the holiday season with luxurious bubbles, silky red Burgundy, crunchy Beaujolais, and new drops from Stork Wine Company!

NV Albert Bichot Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Reserve, Burgundy, France $25.99
Fine, even bubbles. The nose boasts notes of citrus (lime, pink grapefruit) and white blossoms which pave the way for vivacity and freshness on the palate. Clean and precise with beautiful length.

NV Albert Bichot Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Rose, Burgundy, France $25.99
Fine, even bubbles. Berries (blackcurrant, raspberry) on the nose with a touch of citrus, followed by a delectable
palate bursting with vivacity and freshness.

2021 Clos Roussely Temp Danse Rose (Pineau D'Aunis), Loire Valley, France $18.99
A rosé with beautiful, aromatic intensity combining the aromatic power of red fruits on a backdrop of spices. Temps danse is the perfect partner to accompany your aperitifs, salads, grills and spicy food.

2021 Jouves & Croiselle Cahors "J&C", Cahors, France $21.99
Jouves & Croisille is the brain child of long time friends Fabien Jouves, Germain Croissille and his brother Simon. Fabien and the Croisille brothers both share the same philosophies when it comes to farming, vinification and the future of the cahors appellation. Even though Cahors is physically closer to the Bordeaux appellation - they choose to look towards burgundy or northern rhone for inspiration. Similar to Burgundy, they focus on showcasing the various differences in soil composition and even choose to use burgundy bottles rather than bordeaux.

NV Domaine Chasselay de T'Aime Mais J' Ai Soif Gamay, Beaujolais, France $25.99
Dark, brambly fruit (red plum, concord grape), subtle herbaceousness, and pronounced salinity. Pleasant freshness and concentration of fruit, with a smooth, lingering finish. This Gamay is from within and just out of the Beaujolais appellation. Fermented, semi-carbonic, in concrete tanks with native yeasts and without the addition of sulphur.

2020 Chateau Laubarit Bordeaux Rouge, Bordeaux, France $17.99
A classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot fermented with native yeast in steel tanks and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Bright red fruits with good earthy grip, a great warm-weather red with only 12% abv, built for any BBQ.

2019 Vincent & Sophie Morey Santenay Rouge Les Hates, Burgundy France $51.99

RP90Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

The 2019 Santenay Les Hâtes Rouge has turned out nicely, offering up aromas of wild berries, pencil shavings and dark chocolate, followed by a medium to full-bodied, supple and fleshy palate that's seamless and velvety, with a charming, generous profile and a nicely defined finish. It's a fine effort.
