NV Famille Vincent Cremant De Bourgogne, Burgundy, France $27.99
Winemaker Notes
From the Chardonnay grapes this sparkler allies freshness, body, and smoothness. The Cremant Brut is dry and offers fine bubbles (1.5 Million/30 minutes - we counted them but you do not have to believe me for this!), hints of flowers at the nose, crisp and fruity on the palate. It is a great Classic for all festive occasions.

From the owners of Château Fuissé, this méthode traditionelle bursts with clean, crisp chardonnay flavors of apples and white fruit. It’s juicy and full-bodied, with fine floral details and citrus spice keeping it buoyant into a long finish.
2020 Moreau Chablis, Burgundy, France $39.99
90 points John Gilman
The Moreau family makes excellent Chablis villages and the 2020 is no exception to this rule. This sample was from the second bottling run for this wine, which was done in early September of 2021. It comes in at a svelte 12.5 percent octane and offers up a lovely nose of green apple, lime, chalky soil tones, white flowers and a topnote of citrus peel. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and shows off lovely depth in the mid-palate, with impressive balance and grip, bright acids and a long, classy finish. (Drink between 2022-2045)
2020 Faiveley Mercurey Rouge, Burgundy, France $52.99
This "vieilles vignes" (old vines) are over thirty years old and produce an exceptionally aromatic wine that offers a true reflection of its Mercurey terroirs. The palate reveals a smooth, fruity attack and evolves towards notes of ripe red berries and a touch of vanilla. An intensely aromatic wine with a delicate structure and silky smooth tannins that will win over wine experts and amateurs alike.
Serve with roast duck with porcini mushrooms or mature cheeses.
2020 Faiveley Mercurey "La Framboisiere", Burgundy, France $62.99
Winemaker Notes
This wine reveals a powerful, fruity nose combining rich notes of red and black fruits and a subtle hint of oak. La Framboisière offers a powerful palate dominated by crunchy red fruits. Its velvety tannins and exceptional length make it a pleasure to drink.
Serve with beef wellington, game stew with chestnuts, capon with morel mushrooms, lemon and chocolate cake.

Vinified with some 20% whole bunch this year, Faiveley's 2020 Mercurey La Framboisière offers up inviting aromas of sweet berries, plums, rose petals and rich soil tones. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and seamless, it's rich but lively, standing out as one of the more supple, ethereal wines in this year's range. It exemplifies the great value still to be found in contemporary Burgundy.
2020 Chateau La Vielle Forge Lalande De Pomerol, Bordeaux, France $24.99
A beautiful deep purple color. A nice nose of black fruits, violets and spices. A round and fresh mouth, with light and silky tannins and notes of cherry and strawberry. An exceptional Lalande de Pomerol, a great aging potential! To have in all the cellars.

The 2019 Tournefeuille has an outstanding bouquet with vivacious black cherries, hints of blueberry and a touch of cedar. This is very impressive in terms of focus and delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins and a slightly grainy texture. Very cohesive all the way through to the finish. This is a very commendable Lalande de Pomerol. Excellent.
